*Sidewalk power washing takes place 1x per month in rotating areas within the District
Cleaning Team members cover the entire NorthLaC BID. Within our district boundaries, we provide the following services:
● Trash Removal from public use trash receptacles, which will be emptied and wiped down
● Sidewalk, Gutter and Alley Sweeping: around businesses, public areas and in alley ways to clear debris.
● Bulky Items such as mattresses, crates and furniture can be picked up on a limited, case by case basis. A request must be made
● Graffiti removal to remove graffiti, stickers, and leaflets from buildings, street posts and trash receptacles up to a height of 9 feet from the ground
● Tree Wells and Planters in public areas will be cleaned of weeds, trash, and debris
● Sidewalk Pressure Washing to address unsightly stains and environmental issues such as animal/human waste, using biodegradable solvents when needed at least 1x per month. Request for immediate power washing needs can be made here.

Anyone can request NorthLaC BID services – as described above – within the BID boundaries. For cleanup requests involving personal belongings or bulky items, please contact City of Los Angeles | 311 Services.
When services are in operation, most requests to the BID Clean Team will be handled the following scheduled cleaning period.
